Occupational training as an opportunity

The creation of training facilities is for us a central component of our company philosophy, and an important investment in the future.

We want to place young persons in a position where they can structure and live their lives autonomously. As well as an assurance of livelihood, aspects such as communication and a capability of assuming responsibility are required, in the same way as ethical value-adding and democratic understanding.

At Fuhrländer AG and our Fuchskaute restaurant, we are training 170 young persons in the following professions:

  • System integration information scientists
  • Dual studies in business
  • Dual studies in mechanical engineering

We offer

  • An integrated training course with focus on specialist competence, methodic competence and social competence. We develop key qualifications in these three areas, so that their cumulative effects provide for a maximum high level of  professional competence.
  • Instruction over several months and learning units in an exchange program with the international locations, in order to promote understanding and esteem for other cultures and to extend horizons. This also forms the basis for a multilingual training.
  • An appropriate workplace for all motivated trainees after they have passed their examinations, for those who wish to take this path


We provide for

  • A qualified instruction team, company instructors / company social workers and responsible skilled workers as points of contact for the trainees, parents, schools and educators
  • Project work which identifies and promotes the capabilities of every individual
  • Procurement of practical capabilities and theoretical knowledge with instruction in our own works 
  • If required, support with individual instruction or internal coaching
  • Help with government authority matters, apartment search and applications
  • A rotation principle, in order to become acquainted with the workflows in the company as a whole, and to comprehend the sequences
  • Workshops, such as examination preparation, dealing with examination nerves and industrial safety
  • Cooperative joint projects in order to promote team spirit, motivation, social competence and creativity
