Standard

The Standard service contract covers basic provision of the wind energy plant with regular service. The scope of this contract includes the 24-hour remote monitoring module, the control of all components in the machine house, tower service and check of oil levels including oil analysis, the necessary lubrication services and the annual service of the converter.

Comfort

The Comfort contract offers even more safety and supplements the standard contract, for instance by endoscopy of the gears, analyses of the CMS data and replacement of certain spare parts. Furthermore, the availability of the plant is guaranteed.

Exclusive

The Exclusive contract offers the plant operator the maximum of operational safety, in addition to the Comfort package all service and repair work is included, including the large components. A monthly report provides information about the availability and performance of the wind energy plant.
