Maksym Yefymov, born 1 November 1974 in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan, has been the General Director of the PJSC "Energomashspetsstal" in Kramatorsk, Ukraine since 2007.He has held a number of different managerial positions within the company since 1999. Prior to that, he was the Director of Kramatorsk Aeronautics School (1998-1999), General Director of Kramatorsk Multiindustry Marketing Company (1997–1998) and General Director of the Swiss-Ukranian company "Kramatorsk Metallurgical Engineering Company"
(1996-1997).

Gennadiy Molchanov, born 14 June 1971, is a lawyer (member of the Kiev Regional Bar Association since 2004) and Senior Legal Adviser to the holding company “Region LLC” in Kiev, Ukraine. He has also been a Supervisory Board Member of Dunaferr Zrt. (Hungary) since 2005.
